I think it isn't true. Did you know when a couple has a child they are more (not less) likely to split up? Did you know that when a married couple has children they're more likely to get a divorce than they were when they didn't have children?
Both men and women are more stressed when they have kids.
Although, married men live longer than single men. Single women live longer than married women. Interesting how that works, isn't it?
Women are more likely to be depressed while married than they are when they're single. They're more likely to be stressed and depressed when they have children than they are when they're child-free.
When women have children, they're more likely to smile a lot and be able to put up with more stress. For some reason, a lot of mothers are better at handling stress than they were before they had kids. For men, it doesn't seem to have as much as an impact on it.
I get my blood pressure checked every week. I now have a running joke that the weeks my wife brings me, it is higher.
For the most part it is true.
A part of them is happy, but these days id say a lot of men end up being abused in their relationships and often end up dreaming of bachelorhood.

true, they have a wife to look after them and deal with the house, kids etc so no wonder theyre bloody less stressed and we are pulling our hair out lol !!
