What happens if a married couple fails their INS interview?

A friend of mine is married to a Thai National and they have their first interview on September 12th. It's not a fraudulent marriage but they're still both very concerned about what happens if the INS agent deems them a failure. Do they get a second chance or will it immediately be deemed a fraud and the husband deported? You see movies like ';The Proposal'; and it makes you wonder! We're all just really wondering about what procedures are. Thanks! What happens if a married couple fails their INS interview?
the best thing to do is hire agood lawyer if u worry lawyer attend with u the interview in case of any illegal question or the husband and wife cant answer a question dnt worry its hard in the begging but will be easy after that if they trust on themself and their marriage

USA open their arms to immigrants who respect the law and work hard immigration donot deport u from the interview to the airoplane if u failed u fight for it good luckWhat happens if a married couple fails their INS interview?
If the couples fails INS interview, they don't get the second the second chance it will immediately be deemed a fraud and obviously the husband will be deported.
They are worrying over nothing ..if its genuine and the paperwork is all correct they will pass
