Can you leagally drink if your married and your spouse is 21 or older?

I am under the age of 21 but my hubby is 21. I was figuring it would be okay to go out and have drinks with him and not get in trouble for it. It would be kind of like you can drink with your parents and not get in trouble. Can you leagally drink if your married and your spouse is 21 or older?

No, and you can't go out and drink with your parents either.

RONNIE: Just because you didn't have any trouble doesn't mean it was legal.

REDPATCH: That law applies to possession not consumption. The first line is a direct reference to minors serving alcohol in restaurants and selling it in stores.
No. You can only legally drink if you are 21 or over. The only exception is in Canada where you can legally drink alcohol with a parent or spouse that is 21.
Dunno about being married part, but tincoat...me and my dad didn't have any trouble when I was 19 in our bar before I shipped out in 2002 for the Army
You can't drink with your parents. If I gave my daughter and her friends alcohol I would go to jail.
lol. you can't drink with your parents and not get in trouble. What backwoods part of the country do you live in?
You're kidding,, right? He could get arrested for giving you alcohol.
