Is it illegal to take all the money from a shared bank account if you are married?

My hubbie and I are getting a divorce. We both have access to all the money. I know he's going to try something irrational and I was wondering, since we both have access to everything, would it be illegal for me to take all the money? Is it illegal to take all the money from a shared bank account if you are married?
If your name is on the account, then NO its not illegal. Is it illegal to take all the money from a shared bank account if you are married?
Well it is YOUR account too, so no it wouldnt be illegal to take money out of YOUR account. He could end up trying to take you to court over it, but unless its like a million dollars then i dout he would win. but do you think its right for you to take all the money because you think HE would take all the money? why dont you take what money you earned (like from your pay check) and leave what is rightfully his.
Well i know in most banks were i live you are only allowed to take something like 20% of the money out without consent from third-party(in this case ur husband)some only alllow 60% without third-party consent some allow a full withdrawal inly with consent some the same without consent and some dont allow withdrawal of 1 cent without third-party consent
No, but it would make you look pretty irrational during the divorce.

If he takes it, the Judge will make him give you half.

If you take it, youll end up losing a good deal of whats left.
If two people's names are on a bank account, either of them can legally withdraw funds. What happens afterwards, as the first answerer suggests, is anybody's guess.
He could take you to court.
Not illegal but ? Why not just take your fair share
