After college. Once you get married then the babies come then college will be put on the back burner. :) Just make sure you both have good jobs. Not good starting a marriage with minimum wage jobs.
Each couple has a different age when they know it is just right. My honest feeling, wait until you are 21. That is a safe age, just don't get pregnant before then.
When your ready but it is better to have your life set and ready to go (jobs, place to live, stable w/money). The choice is yours though do what you think is right. Good luck!
since im a guy i would wait until after i finish college so that i can support myself and my wife
but i would get engaged before i finish college
